If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment or of a renewal. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Contact support@qr-craft.app with the email address of your account, or contact Paddle via the link in your receipt. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which issues the refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.

Plan changes

When you upgrade or switch billing interval, the price difference is prorated automatically.
