Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QRCraft (the "Service"), operated by QRCraft, 41 Radostovets Street, Almaty, Kazakhstan ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

QRCraft lets you design and download QR codes and create dynamic QR codes that redirect through short links we host, together with scan analytics and hosted landing pages.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• link to phishing, malware, scams or other deceptive content;
• distribute illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others;
• send spam or abuse, overload or interfere with the Service;
• impersonate any person or organisation.

We may disable QR codes or suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

5. Dynamic QR codes

Dynamic QR codes work while they exist in your account and are active. Static QR codes encode data directly and keep working independently of the Service. If your paid plan ends, existing dynamic codes keep redirecting, but you cannot create new ones above the Free plan limit.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to content you upload (such as logos and landing page content) and grant us a licence to host and display it solely to provide the Service.

7. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the Service.
