Will a logo break my QR code?
QR codes have built-in error correction: up to 30% of the pattern can be covered and the code still reads. When you add a logo, QRCraft switches to the highest correction level and keeps the logo within a safe size.
Contrast matters more than the logo: keep the code darker than the background, avoid light colors for the corner squares, and leave a margin around the code. QRCraft's scan check flags designs that may be hard to read.
Best logo files
Use a square version of your logo or icon on a transparent background. SVG gives the sharpest result; PNG at 512 px or larger is also fine. Simple marks work better than long wordmarks at QR code size.
